Wow, it's finally done. I've been coveting this domain name (cartipping.com) for quite some time now. There used to be a decent Pligg site running on this domain that I actually went through the effort to contact the owner to ask about buying it. I got turned down because he said he didn't own it anymore but offered no contact information on the new domain owner.
Finally, TWO months ago the domain went expired. But because of the asinine way domain expirations happen it's taken this long for me to take ownership.
Why did I want it so bad? I'm not really sure, except the concept of cow tipping/car tipping I found quite intriguing. We'll see what this thing turns into; hopefully I'll update it with some regularity. :)
